The App offers two versions: a free basic version with limited style options and a premium paid version with full access to all anime styles, high-definition uncompressed export features, and priority algorithm updates. Our mission is to deliver a seamless, user-centric creative tool while upholding the highest standards of privacy protection for every user who uses our App.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We believe that privacy is a fundamental right, which is why we have designed Otliu to minimize data collection to the greatest extent possible. We do not collect, store, or process the following types of information under any circumstances:

• Temporary Processing Only: When you upload an image to Otliu, the image is temporarily transmitted to our secure cloud server to be processed by our AI style conversion algorithm. The entire processing process is automated, and no human staff has access to or reviews your uploaded images.
• No Permanent Storage: We do not store your uploaded images or the converted anime-style images on our servers after processing is complete. Once you have downloaded the converted image to your device, all copies of the original and converted images are immediately deleted from our cloud system. We retain no residual data related to your images.
• Free vs. Premium Version Data Handling: The way we process images is identical for both the free basic version and the paid premium version of Otliu. The difference between the two versions lies solely in the range of available anime styles, export resolution, and lack of functional limitations in the premium version—there is no difference in data privacy or processing standards.

4. How We Use the Information We Temporarily Process

The sole purpose of processing your uploaded images is to provide the core function of the App: converting your original images into the anime style you select. We do not use your images for any other purposes, including but not limited to:

• Advertising or marketing activities
• Training our AI algorithms
• Sharing with third parties for any reason
• Selling or licensing to any external entities

• Payment Processing Services: For users who purchase the premium version of Otliu, we use trusted third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions. We do not collect or store your payment card information, billing addresses, or other payment-related details—all payment data is processed directly by the third-party payment provider in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• AI Algorithm Support Services: Our anime style conversion algorithm may be supported by third-party AI technology providers. However, we have entered into strict data processing agreements with these providers, requiring them to process image data only for the purpose of style conversion, and to delete all data immediately after processing is complete.
